hit my spend cap and can't increase

I’m abroad for 4 weeks and have managed to go to the £25 cap. I’ve tried paying off my bill early to remove the cap, but that doesn’t work. I’ve tried increasing the cap, but the system won’t let me. I’ve looked at buying more add ons, but the add ons specifically say they won’t increase the cap and there are no international/roaming add-ons.

I’m in South Africa and wanted some sort of add on but seems there is nothing!  I’m really frustrated with ID Mobile’s set up on this. It seems to trap you in an impossible cycle without warning.

I’ll be moving to a new provider as soon as I’m back as this is terrible!

Other iD customers in this position have managed to get their bill cap increased by using the online iD live chat service @Tiffani-Amber Pagett

I think the iD live chat team happens to be based in South Africa - ironically.

You can’t consume out of plan spend beyond the cap.
