How much will it cost me to leave iD?

If you’re a Pay Monthly customer, your switching information will tell you everything you need to know if you’re looking to switch provider and cancel your plan. If you're part way through your contract, you'll need to pay the remaining line rental. We'll add up the cost for the remaining months plus any extra usage charges.

For Pay as you go customers, your switching information will tell you if you have any credit left to use up. You won't be able to take it with you and we don't want you to lose it!

There are a few ways you can get your switching information:

  • Send us a text

Text INFO DDMMYY to 85075 (DDMMYY should be your date of birth, for example, 301099 would be 30th October 1999) and we'll text you back with all the information

  • Check online
  1. Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online 

  2. Go to the My Account page and tap Thinking of Leaving

  1. Click Switch or Cancel Now 

  1. Choose Leaving cost and follow the instructions
