I was just wondering why I was charged extra in April when I haven’t changed anything or paid for anything extra on my plan?
The day before I had a notification saying the right amount would be taken but almost double was taken from me the day after. Why was that? and will that be my new plan fee?

Have you taken a look at the bill issued via email for the reason of the charge?
If you’ve upgraded recently it’s possible you’ve been charged for the old plan and the new plan, with anything that is due to be refunded being refunded next month.
