I choose wrong number on new sim message - how can I change to number wanted (my old number)

Okay @owlhouse, you’ll probably need to use the online iD live chat for assistance with this from the iD customer service team.

The online iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Could you let us know what you mean by the “new SIM message”?

 

To port a number to us you can use the iD Mobile port form.
