How do I raise a complaint to CEO level? I have raised a complaint through the normal channels. On 4 separate occasions I have chased for progress and have been told on each occasion that the complaint has been designated priority and I would receive a response within 24 hours. No response has yet been received. The CEO should be advised of the way iD Mobile treat their customers.
I joined yesterday and leaving tomorrow! This network is shocking and should be shut down!
