New Number Needed

Hi Could someone advise on a way to get me number changed due to some unsolicited calls.

I have tried the live chat but am stuck in a queue for ages then disconnected.

Without a crime reference number, I think there’s a £25 admin fee for a number change @SWheeler.

Unfortunately, this forum isn’t live chat @SWheeler.
iD staff have posted elsewhere in this forum that their replies my take 72-hours.

You can talk to iD customer service privately using Facebook Messenger, or Twitter (X) DM.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
