I have recently moved to ID mobile from three, I entered my PAC code and all of the other details correctly numerous of times however it states that there is a problem

Hi @Chloe Hogg 

 

Have you already submitted your PAC code at checkout?

 

If so you won’t be able to submit it again and won’t need to, it’ll port on the date selected/given at checkout.
