I upgraded my phone the other day with the deal I would get some belkin wireless earbuds. My phine tur ed up 3 days ago but no mention of the ear bids I cannot access live chat so could somebody help me out?

Taking a look the offer is for Samsung A14, A34, A54 and S22 plans on selected unlimited tariffs, this may only be for new plans and not upgrades.
Are you sure the deal you upgraded to offered this?
