Hi my name is Daniel dumbridge 

Your try to take the money for my phone bill yesterday from the bank but the money wasn’t there and I pay it this morning but it’s taking it from next months bill. I had a text message about 1 hour ago saying there to to try again in about 5 days I have paid it today 45.30

If you’ve already paid the bill the direct debit shouldn’t charge again, if it does it’ll go towards the next bill if left there or we can easily refund it.

 

Please let us know if you’re restricted from services at any stage.
