I’m being inundated with pop up adverts when using my phone. Even in the middle of messaging & browsing. Can anyone tell me how I can stop this happening please.

Android phone? Probably a rogue app such as one of those free games spamming you.

If you do mobile banking, quite a few of the UK banks offer free antivirus or anti-malware mobile apps

Hi
I would look into removing any unnecessary apps from your phone and possibly getting some anti-virus software to get rid of any unwanted issues.
