Looking at getting new contract and i want to know if the new phone will be supplied unlocked.

All our handsets are unlocked to all UK networks.

Does that mean when I travel abroad to places such as India, Japan Australia I can swop to a local service provider without problem

@javelin6wd,

All handsets sold at iD are unlocked, and you shouldn’t have an issue with using the handset abroad.

However we can only guarantee that you may use the handset on all UK networks.
