bad line when calling out

Whenever I make a call the other person can't hear me clearly and line breaks up any idea how I can fix this or at least talk to someone from customer service please

Hi @Jannine Hall, sorry to hear about this, and for the delay in getting back to you. If this is a recent issue, it may be due to a temporary network disruption. Have you checked the service status at your postcode here?

If everything appears fine, it may be a SIM or phone issue. Either way, I’d recommend speaking to the Live Chat team so they can advise further.
