Bill paid, but account blocker!!

I paid my bill on Friday morning, and I’ve realised this evening, that my services still haven’t been reinstated. I’ve been using WiFi at home, so hadn’t noticed.

It has definitely left my account, but it doesn’t appear in the app. I paid it via the app, so don’t understand it. 
Can anyone advise what to do, please? The helpline isn’t open, and the chat just comes back with nonsense.

Is the payment showing as pending in your bank account?

It sounds like the payment hasn’t completed. Does the iD Mobile account still show that you have an outstanding bill to pay on the main page?

The payment has shown as completed on Friday 16 Feb at 10am. I’ve also provided the payment confirmation reference from my bank. Yet, it’s still showing as not paid, more than 4 days later. You cannot speak to an actual person to get this sorted out. I am VERY unhappy. 
I need this resolved urgently
