Why have I been charged £32.77 for a bill when my phone bill should only be 17.99

Have you changed or upgraded your plan recently @Ashleigh Heslop?

Have you altered the date of your direct debit payment?

Is the billing period on the £32.77 bill more than one month? 

Hi no I haven’t and no ive not changed the date the bill

No it says it 17.99

If the bill shows £17.99 for one billing period, maybe there’s a billing error.

Perhaps best to Live Chat with iD support, for assistance with your account billing and charges.
