I lost my original phone on holiday.
I blocked the sim and phone over there.
Came back to England, got a replacement sim and got it activated, the sim block was lifted.
But the phone block is still in place
I can't use my phone outside the house
Can you please help or the phone is useless to me
It is my new galaxy s22 . contract upgade
