Broken back glass iphone 13 Pro

Hi ID mobile community,

I’ve unfortunately broken the back glass on my IPhone, but I’m still in contract until October 2023.  I have mobile phone insurance through my bank.  Unfortunately, the repair has been delayed and my bank is offering me a replacement device.  This means I need to give the broken iPhone to them in exchange.  Is this allowed?  If it is, what’s the process in ID Mobile to get this done?

Hi @Balgill 

 

The device is yours, if your bank need to take the old broken device in place of the new replacement device you’re able to do this, please note however this wouldn’t have any change whatsoever to your iD Mobile contract, the price, contracted term etc all stays the same.
