calla keep dropping

I was on the phone to 101 and after 2-3 minutes the call disconnected. I immediately called back and the call connected and immediately disconnected. I've tried other numbers and the calls disconnect within seconds of connecting.

 

I have 2-3 bars.

This sounds like it could be a problem with your SIM card or iD account @Al33 - community members can’t look at your iD account, so probably best to use iD online live chat for assistance.

Otherwise contact iD Mobile privately using Facebook Messenger, or Twitter DM (direct message).
