I cant upgrade and on my account it says i dont have a direct debit set up

You may need to set up a direct debit on your iD Mobile app/website account before being able to upgrade.
Upgrades to a new device are typically available in the last 60 days of a 24 month device contract and upgrades to a SIM only plan once the contracted term has finished.
