canary islands issue

We are in Fuerteventura and are having terrible problems with phone calls.

We are both on ID Mobile and both have iPhone 13s - but are having difficulty making and receiving calls to ourselves and others, on odd occasions it’s perfect but most of the time nothing - even when we have a signal showing?

 

Earlier I had a message saying ‘the number you have dialled cannot accept this call - it was my partners number and Simon the same network so why?

 

if it’s of any relevance the network we are automated to is YOIGIO.

 

Any help or suggestions appreciated, thanks

Your issues are likely not the result of the iD Mobile network but YOIGIO. 

Try manually selecting Movistar?
