cannot reser password as snapped sim

Hi I’m having problems logging into my id account. My sim had snapped yesterday I need a replacement, however I do not remember my password and the only way to rest it is through my number (which I now don’t have access to the sim so can’t). is there any chance I could get a change password link through my email. Or a new SIM card without having to logg into my account.
