Since signing up for a new phone and SIM contract I have not been able to hear the person on incoming calls although they can here me. WhatsApp calls work fine. I have swapped SIM slots and cleaned the SIM but makes no difference.

Can you advise if you have tested the SIM in another handset?
Please could you also confirm the postcode where you are having these issues or are you having the issue everywhere you go?
