Ported my previous number over to id mobile now can’t receive one time passcodes/verification codes
If still an issue several days after your switch completed, there might be a problem with your number transfer or your iD network account
Many automated/bulk SMS systems (used for generating bank verification codes etcetera) don’t work the same way as mobile device to mobile device SMS. These automated systems need to ‘learn’ the network routing has changed, for the mobile number you wanted to keep.
