Change ID mobile recorded voicemail greeting back to automated?

Hi, when I joined id mobile the voicemail was an automated message greeting. I then recorded my own greeting. However I want to change from the recorded voicemail greeting back to automated one (I don't want my own voice on there).

 

This option does not seem to exist on the voicemail settings. I've tried asking id mobile years before but they were not helpful. Can anyone assist?

The iD Mobile voicemail service is provided and managed by Three UK (iD’s network partner).

The Three UK online community might have an answer for you @Hit.

Hi @Hit 

 

Unfortunately it wouldn’t be possible to reset it to the default greeting, we’d recommend recording a new one by dialing “123”.
