closing my accounts

I want to close my accounts. I had a plan for myself and for my daughter. I think I've closed my account, but have been unable to close my daughters. My name is Katie Lee and the account for my daughter, Maisie Byron, is in my name but I've been unable to close it. I want this to happen with immediate effect please. If you could call me (preferable) or by text. You obviously have my number, so I would appreciate it if you would respond ASAP. Many thanks.
