Hi, I wondering if anyone is having with making calls the connection drops out completely and the call doesn't connect? I have done live chat and they say there is no network issues that they can see.

Is it just calls that are affected, do texts/data work as they should?
How long has this been an issue for? Is this location specific?Â
Have you tried the SIM in a different phone to rule out any device fault? We realize this isn’t possible for everyone though it’s worth mentioning.
