So if my roaming is on and I’m connected to the parks wifi in Disneyworld can I use the internet to check my banking or check into places and upload photos ? without being charged ??

Why would you turn on roaming? WiFi and Data are two different services. Put your phone in airplane mode and connect to a WiFi network if you don’t want to risk being charged for Data, Calls and texts abroad.

If roaming is off in the iD Mobile account, you won’t be charged for roaming.
I’d recommend logging into the iD Mobile app/website and ensuring your bill cap is set to an amount you are comfortable with.
