double charged

To whom it may concern:

 

Hi, nice day. This letter is in response to a recent transaction. I received two charges of £33.04 on my monthly contract yesterday. Initially, it claimed that the payment failed, so I tried again. When I checked my balance, I noticed that two payments had gone through, and the ID mobile app showed that two payments were made successfully on the same day. Please grant me my return for the second payment.
