I have only been with ID for 2 months and I really hate the phone I have chosen, and the network is poor. I want to change my phone when the new Samsung comes out, but will ID let me pay to get out of my contract and go back to my old provider?

Yes @Diane Marshal-Nichols, you can cancel your iD plan and pay the outstanding amount due for your phone contract. 

Getting a PAC from iD and using it to switch to your old provider will cancel your iD plan.

When you request the PAC, you should be advised of any early termination charges.

Thank you for quick reply. It is a 24-month contract does this make a difference to me being able to cancel it?

I don’t think so - just means your early termination fee might be quite large @Diane Marshal-Nichols.
