Hi I have just ordered a sim only for ID and I am in the last month of my ID contract. I would like my final bill please so I can switch from 1 to the other please or can you switch it for me as I am a existing ID customer

Welcome to the Community!

You can’t port your number from one account to another.

However you can look at upgrading or processing a triangle port in order to keep the number.
