So my husband upgraded our daughters contract nearly a month ago and we have not recieved the phone yet as it has gone missing from dpd. I am just really upset as no one has been helpful in any kind of way to resolve this quickly and now my daughter is going to be without her present on christmas day. Has anyone else had this problem?
