i need help since it’s stressing me out that i haven’t received my phone and am unable to receive the parcel since it hasn’t been scanned by dpd in over 24 hours at the depot was told to raise an investigation but don’t know how and i will not pay my contract until i receive my phone if not how do i cancel?
