App and site have been down for days, how do I add on roaming if I can't login?

Perhaps have a go via the Web Chat team, once they’re online? One would hope they can help at least.

I ‘think’ time of day plays a part here. ‘Live chat’ is from 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Also, being good with words or search terms helps avoid the Bot bit, or so I’ve read. Any good?
