It can take up to 24-hours at most for a suspension to be lifted.

Has this since been resolved?

Hi yes issue has been resolved but had to ring up  and speak to someone as after 4 days phone still hadn't been reconnected not happy, so I'm paying for 4days of the month that I've not been able to use my phone.

The live chat doesn’t work you cannot contact anyone at idMobile they do not exist they do not want to help you

Does your transaction number begin with “4” @John Ridge?

Now awaiting iD mobile number believe due day after purchase not day of purchase. Have liased via FB link wtc
