You can find out your IMEI number by dialling *#06# and it should pop up on the screen.

Typically your IMEI number can found sometimes on the device itself on the outside and possibly in the SIM card tray, this will vary between devices.
Alternatively it may be worth looking for the original receipt for the device itself.
