How do i retrieve WebChat history?

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows how to get the chat history? I only want the last 3 days but the website chat agents cannot help.

If live chat are not helpful then maybe try submitting a Data Subject Access Request?

Of course this would only work if iD Mobile have a copy of your chat history on their servers. They cannot provide what they do not have! Good Luck 🤞

Cheers, I did consider a SAR but the chat people reckon it's available via the Website but had no other info.

Still hopeful someone might have an option outside of a SAR.

Hello @Richard Dignan,

Besides requesting for a transcript at the end of the chat, the only way to retrieve it after is via a Subject Access Request (SAR aka DSAR).

Cheers, I had good it would be a little more customer friendly than that but I suppose I'll just have to raise a SAR.
