How do you actually get help with an upgrade???

I have paid for an upgrade, the money has come out of the bank already for the extra handset cost. I received no email, so contacted “live chat”. The “advisor” Mr “fat lot of use that was” advised that the order “was not processed” but could not tell me why? 

 

He advised to “try and order again and wait for the refund of the other one”- so I did this, again, no email confirmation and the “upgrade your handset” option is still available to me on my ID mobile login- I am actually losing the will to live with ID mobile, I have several accounts and getting nowhere fast - is there any contact number where you can actually talk to someone please?

Have you tried discussing upgrade options with the iD telephone sales team, @Matthew Fisher?

Call iD telephone sales on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.
