I am abroad now and international roaming is on. Two month ago my cap limit was over and since then I could now receive any texts and calls even though my phone show the SIM with local network name. Can any ID Technical Team help me to sort this problem out?

Okay @Jin jo hyung,

You need to make sure ROAMING is turned ON in your iD My Account (online or in the iD app).

Make sure your iD account’s bill cap is big enough to allow you to receive calls.

Roaming is expensive in South Korea - the rates are shown online on the iD Mobile web site at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/international-and-roaming-charges.

Click on Roaming and choose South Korea.

Good luck @Jin jo hyung.

I maid roaming on my ID account all the time and my SIM in the phone is showing Korean network. And my  bill cap is enough to allow me to receive calls.

The iD Mobile roaming partner in South Korea is KTF.

What network is shown on your handset?
