Meanwhile my Xiaomi cheap phone on Lyca mobile works like a charm

Have you tried the Pixel 6 with iD SIM in any other locations?
No. The Xiaomi is using a lycamobile sim as previously stated
Also I have this exclamation mark symbol
And I still have no idea how to contact support if they have any support. Any actual employees to deal with technical issues

No - there are real people working in customer service, weekdays 9am to 8pm.
To speak to an iD agent on “live chat”, just type “talk to a person” after connecting - good luck.
I previously wrote something in the lines of want to talk to human but no success. Kept sending me to check articles.

You can’t speak to iD Mobile on the telephone, unless you’ve made a complaint.
Use their Live Chat service to contact an iD customer service agent between 9am - 8pm weekdays.
After connecting on live chat, type “talk to a person” to speak with an iD agent - good luck!
