i am trying to contact someone on livechat to no avail

I recently joined ID mobile. I have travelled to Andorra but been charged£48 additional charge. I did not have roaming on only internet and can’t view my bill as it’s not in English. I need this to be in English. Also, when I go to live chat it just uses chat bot and don’t get anywhere

It’s likely that you have been charged for rest of world roaming.

If you data was used we would charge you for roaming if it isn’t in an EU inclusive destination.
