I have transfer my number from other provider to iDmobile using PAC but when I texted my number has not changed. 

I am also very unsatisfied with the customer services !!! I have spend far too long on this issue!

I feel like leaving and NOT recommending iDmobil to anyone. 

This is my last resort for help.

Hey @Jozef Butor, are you using an iPhone or Android handset? 

Did you use your new iD SIM card before switching your number to iD Mobile?

Yes, I may have activated the sim and make a call but not text
