I Really Need Some Assistance From iD Mobile Staff

I need to notify you that I’d like to cancel my contract.

I am unable to do this online as I no longer have the phone/SIM.

It’s only a £5 per month contract but I’m having real difficulties in being able to speak to someone who can resolve my issue.

Please help.
