Hello.
I transferred my number form 02 to I'd a few days ago. I got told my number had be successfully transferred however when people call me it's fine, but if they text me it goes to my old phone with my old sim. But if I try and text someone it comes on there phone with the number that originally came with my sim.

That sounds frustrating, but why is your old O2 SIM still working if you ported your number to iD?
- Did you get your oppo A54 5G when you joined iD?
- What make and model was your old phone?
It doesn’t make sense; once the number port has been completed, your old SIM should become inactive, which O2 should have done when the number port happened.

I simply had to reset my message appdata and re verify my number
