I tried to call a French landline number today using my id sim monthly account. I have over 1100 minutes available to me but I received an automated message stating that I had reached my limit. Has id changed their eu calling and roaming deal?

Yes I have tried other French numbers and each time I am told that I have reached my capped limit.
