I get newtork or SIM error and now my number is permanently forwarded

Oppo find X3 neo and I turned it on via the call settings on the phone but am unable to turn off as when I try via the same menu it says SIM/network error

Omg I didn't realise the old GSM codes still worked in this day and age but I tried it and looks good. Thank you so much
