I need to pay my final bill and cancel my contract but every time I ring any ID contact number, it says that the number is no longer ‘in use’ and so I cannot pay and cancel.

Has your contract been cancelled already and you’ve been issued the final bill via email? This email should outline methods to pay a final bill.
The manual payment line is on 0333 003 0001, or you’ll be able to make payment via the iD Mobile app, or if direct debits are enabled it’ll be taken automatically.
