id have not kept my existing phone number

They said 7 days ago they were going to do it.

This was after a day of trying to get them to do it.

They still haven’t done it 

 

can’t contact they as can’t login to App - they send a code an hour after requesting it so when I enter it’s invalid.

What do I do?

Good morning.

Have you tried the Web Chat team?  Unless an iD employee sees this post and can help, I’d say the Web Chat team is the next port of call.  This current system outage is causing folk so many issues and yet iD says it’s only affecting their new app and online accounts.  I beg to differ...
