Having contacted phone supplier they've asked me to check the id sim is compatible with gsm and WCDMA frequency bands, no idea what this means! Any help much appreciated 🙂

View original2G no, 3G maybe. 3G is being shut down in the UK so it’s unlikely that works in your area and if it still does, it won’t for much longer.
GSM = 2G
WCDMA = 3G
Thanks for your response but now I'm even more confused! The phone is supposed to be 5G so not sure why they're asking me to ensure my SIM is 2G or 3G compatible
