incoming / outgoing calls and id account issues

I am not able to call out or recieved incoming call. This was fine last week 

Ihave rebooted restarted. And nothing. 

I am also trying to log into the I'd account 

To register and it's saying my number and email address is not correct. 

Then takes me to a page to input my number (inputted your number you gave me and the one I imported) 

Surmane and dob and nothing 

I need to be able to call out and recieved calls

Hi Sahira,

We are sorry to hear that calls stopped working. Have you tried the SIM in a different handset?

If you still have issues it may be a faulty SIM card.
