iPhone 13 pro max, dates keep changing and just want an update

Hello, I've purchased the iPhone 13 pro max, and I understand it's been delayed as there is a high demand. When I purchased the device, it stated would be available from the 1st of November, and since it know says the 23rd of November, I've got no problem with further delays, I'm just annoyed I'm being kept out of the loop and having to chase things on my own. If there is a queue system, let us know where we are and what we can expect, since purchasing I've received no further emails, just want to be kept in the loop.

Is anyone else having trouble getting any info?

This delay was unexpected and out of our control. We are working to get stock as soon as we can. Orders are dispatched on a first come first serve basis.
