Issues processing PAC code


Hi,

 

I’m having issues with the app accepting the details I’ve entered to transfer my number from previous network to iDmobile. Please can anyone help? I’ve tried numerous times and the chatbot keeps saying it’s too busy to talk.

In that case if I was in your situation, I’d contact iD Mobile help & support team by:

  • Using their online live chat service.
  • Sending them a private message on facebook, or Twitter.

The team work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).

Have you given your PAC code during your purchase?

 

If so you won’t need to submit it via the PAC code via the form separately.

 

Please let us know if you haven’t submitted while purchasing so we can get in touch.
